Built once. Built right.

The last grill you will ever buy.

Most grills are disposable. Thin steel warps, rusts through, and burns out in a few seasons, and you buy another, and another. The SM60 is the end of that. Forged from 1/4 inch American plate with a 60 by 24 inch cook surface with a powder-coated iron cross, it is built to take fire every weekend for the rest of your life and still be standing for the next pair of hands. You will not replace it. You will hand it down.

What separates ours
Cast iron chrome crank wheel, not hand-rolled stockMost builders bend a wheel from 2 inch flat bar. Ours is cast iron, chrome-plated. The part you touch every cook, built like the rest of the grill.
1/4 inch plate, throughoutMost builders use 10 gauge and cap their upgrade at 3/16. We start where they stop. The difference between a grill that warps and one that lasts forever.
Hardware built to outlast the grill4 inch bullet hinges, 1/2 inch rod spring handles, expanded metal shelves. The details a flat-stock builder skips.
Everything includedShelves, hooks, fire set, all standard. The features other names sell as add-ons are already on the grill.

American steel

The weight is the lifetime.

Every SM60 is cut, tabbed, and welded by hand on Long Island from 1/4 inch American plate. No imported parts. No mass production. The heft you feel when you move it is the reason it lasts. Steel this heavy holds its heat, never warps, and outlasts the hands that built it.

Argentine tradition. American fabrication. Forged for a lifetime of fire.
