All custom grills, smokers, and BBQ equipment from NY BBQ GUYS are built to order. Processing time is typically 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of your order and current demand.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
- Local Delivery (within 50 miles of Huntington Station, NY): Free delivery and professional setup included
- Regional Shipping (Northeast): 5-10 business days via freight carrier
- National Shipping: 7-14 business days via freight carrier  
- Small Items (knives, tools, accessories): 3-7 business days via UPS/FedEx

SHIPPING COSTS
- Local Delivery: FREE with setup included (within 50 miles)
- Regional/National: Calculated at checkout based on size and weight
- Small Items: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout

CUSTOM BUILD DELIVERY
For custom Santa Maria grills and smokers, we provide:
- Regular build progress updates
- Delivery coordination call
- Professional setup and orientation (local delivery)
- Complete assembly instructions (shipped orders)
