Every Own the Fire® grill is handcrafted to order and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into its fabrication. From final inspection to scheduled delivery, we coordinate every step to help ensure your grill arrives ready for years of live-fire cooking.

How We Prepare Your Grill

Before your grill leaves our shop, every build goes through a documented shipping process.

Final quality inspection is completed.
The finish is photographed and documented.
Accessories are secured and protected.
The grill is mounted to a commercial-grade heavy-duty plastic pallet.
Industrial ratchet straps securely anchor the grill to prevent movement during transit.
Protective padding is installed anywhere straps contact painted surfaces.
The entire shipment is professionally stretch wrapped and labeled for freight handling.

This system provides a stable shipping platform while protecting your investment throughout transit.

Shipping is not included in the price of custom grills.

Because every build is different, freight is quoted after your order based on:

Lead Time

Each grill is built to order.

Current production lead times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on workload and customization. Once fabrication is complete, we will contact you to coordinate shipping.

Delivery Process

  1. Your grill is completed and inspected.
  2. Final photographs are taken.
  3. Freight is scheduled.
  4. Tracking information is provided.
  5. The freight carrier contacts you to schedule delivery.
  6. Your grill arrives ready for inspection.

Delivery Options

Residential Delivery

The freight carrier delivers to your home by scheduled appointment.

Commercial Delivery

Commercial addresses with loading docks typically provide the fastest and most economical delivery.

Lift Gate Service

If your location does not have a loading dock, lift gate service can safely lower the pallet to ground level.

White Glove Delivery

Available in many areas. White glove service includes placement of your grill in your desired location and removal of shipping materials.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage:

Photograph the shipment before unpacking.
Note all damage on the delivery receipt.
Contact Own the Fire® immediately.
Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

We work directly with freight carriers to help resolve shipping issues quickly and efficiently.
